Digitalization of retail is reaching a new level. The Vitrina Plus project, designed for grocery stores and local chains, is already operational – and the first customers are sharing their results and impressions.
Vitrina Plus is a modern app that unites stores and customers in a single ecosystem. Stores gain tools for promoting campaigns, personalized notifications, and direct communication with customers, while customers get early access to discounts, participate in promotions, and earn bonuses.
First experience: Stores activate digital campaigns and push notifications
The first stores connected to the system are actively using key app features. Owners praise the simplicity of launching promotions:
“Previously, we had to print flyers, update banners, and send messages in chats – now everything is in one place. In Vitrina Plus, we create a campaign in a few minutes, and it’s immediately visible to all customers following our store,” says a store owner from Augsburg.
Push notifications proved especially popular – short messages sent directly to customers’ smartphones.
“When we run a weekend discount, people come literally a couple of hours after the notification. It works!” adds another pilot participant.

App users enjoy seeing promotions in one place instead of searching in different groups or chats.
“I open Vitrina Plus and see all offers from our store,” shares one customer.
A special feature of the project is social interaction. Users can track discounts, leave reviews, share recommendations, and participate in raffles.
“It’s great that everything is free and there are no annoying ad banners. You feel the app is made for people, not just for sales,” says a regular customer.
Pain-free integration: easy, fast, no POS interference
Stores note that launching Vitrina Plus requires no technical difficulties: the app works independently of the POS system, so setup takes only a few hours.
“We just installed the app, added our campaigns, and placed brochures at the checkout. Everything works!” says the owner of one of the first partner stores.
What’s next?
The Vitrina Plus team is preparing feature expansions: loyalty management tools, bonus points, and personalized offers will be available.
The project gradually unites retail stores on a single platform, turning every storefront into a digital customer touchpoint.
Additionally, Vitrina Plus introduces a new format for promotions and raffles – interactive QR-code stickers.
They are perfect for events and instantly engage customers: scan the QR code, and a virtual card appears on the phone screen, which can be “scratched” to see immediately if the participant has won a prize.
This format combines gamification, instant feedback, and a surprise element, making it a powerful tool to attract a younger audience while keeping loyal customers engaged.
